Friday 17 Jan: Deadline. Registration is now closed for the winter/spring session. See the bottom of the homepage to register for the fall 2025 session.

Latest day students on the waiting list will be informed of space availability.

Invoices issued to all students (new and returning) attending the session.

Wednesday 29 Jan: Deadline for payment of invoices. Must be paid by the deadline to guarantee your spot.

Thursday 30 Jan (5:30 pm to 6:30 pm): Orientation meeting for all new students and parents. See your invoice and Q&A 2.4, 2.5 and 3.5 for more information.

Tuesday 4 Feb: First class of session.

Tuesday 4 Feb: Tickets go on sale for our winter 2025 raffle fundraiser. See the section below for more details.

Thursday 13 Mar, 6:15 pm: Draw for the raffle prizes at the Dojo.

Monday 17 Mar - Fri 28 Mar: NO CLASSES during the school spring break.

Tuesday 27 May: Testing (more info to be provided in April).

Thursday 29 May: Presentation of test results. Last class of session.

Karate session
We received the shipment but not all sizes have arrived. If the size we provided you does not fit, return the item to the Dojo and fill in the clothing order form (available at the Dojo) for a replacement item. If you did not place an order in January and would like to do so now, fill in the clothing order form as well. The deadline to submit the clothing order form is Thursday 13 February. We will inform you when the new items will be ready for pick-up at the Dojo during regular class hours. Invoices will only be issued once all items you ordered are the correct size.
